The Company considers Quality a cardinal principle of the corporate strategy, and for this reason Quality is at the center of its development policies.
To achieve the firm’s objectives, Management intends to:
- iundertake to satisfy the Customer's needs, the reference standard and the applicable binding aspects;
- keep the Quality Management System certification active;
- enhance and optimize its Quality Management System;
- meet the Customer's needs by identifying the most suitable and advantageous solutions for both through the improvement of the company's capacity;
- introduce greater flexibility within the company by being able to identify the causes of problems and promptly adopting the measures necessary to solve them;
- undertake to preserve, train and perfect the skills offered by its human and material resources;
- constantly maintain the organization under control through the Quality Management System
